Shipping | Returns | Defective

Minimum Order Size/Shipping Fees:
  • You'll receive your items within 24-48 hrs after placing orders.
  • On all orders totaling less than $125.00 there is a $6.00 shipping charge.  Orders greater than $125.00 are shipped free of charge.

Shipping Schedules:


  • All in stock orders placed by 4:30 p.m. CST will ship the same day.  All orders over 200 pounds ship via truck and therefore may not be shipped same day.

Return and Credit Policy Guidelines

  • All credit claims (short shipments, etc.) must be requested no later than 3 days from delivery date.
  • All requests for proof of delivery must be received within 30 days from purchase date.
  • A Return Authorization Number must be obtained prior to the return of goods and must be requested no later than 30 days from date of invoice. Merchandise received more than 30 days after the date of RA Number issuance will be refused.
  • Packages damaged due to shipping must be reported immediately to the freight carrier and to The Stallion Co. Customer must designate packages as damaged when signing delivery receipt. Please keep all damaged cartons until The Stallion Co. advises otherwise.

Defective items

  • Defective merchandise must be returned within 45 days from purchase date; however,  Certain manufacturers require that any defective product be routed to their customer service. Here's the list of manufacturers

Cancellation Policy

  • The Stallion Co. has implemented a highly efficient distribution system that requires the majority of orders to be prepared within minutes of the order being received in order to achieve our delivery schedule objectives. Therefore, it is almost impossible to cancel an order once it is placed. Unneeded product may be returned for a full refund based on the above stated policy.
